Soul of Our Business

If I say I want to do God’s will on earth like Jesus taught us in the Lord’s Prayer —
“Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
Then I must live the way heaven looks — where love, mercy, and care are present.
Jesus told us exactly what this looks like in Matthew 25:35–36:
I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me…”
This is His will.
Feeding the hungry.
Helping the poor.
Welcoming the stranger.
Loving your neighbor as yourself.
But if I claim to follow Jesus and ignore the poor, show favoritism to the rich, or walk past people in need, the Bible says that’s not real faith. That’s hypocrisy.
“Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” (James 2:17)
If your actions go against everything Jesus stands for —
If you refuse mercy, ignore justice, and bring harm instead of help —
Then you are not bringing heaven to earth.
You are bringing hell to earth.
Because hell looks like this:
No food.
No water.
No shelter.
No mercy.
No love.
So let’s be clear:
If I stand for Jesus, I stand for heaven — a world where needs are met and love leads.
If you stand against that, you stand for the opposite — and that means your actions reflect hell.
I gave my life to Jesus. I follow Him.
I’m building His kingdom.
And wherever I go, I want to bring heaven with me.
But if everywhere you go, people feel fear, confusion, and pain — that’s not Jesus.
That’s not peace.
And no matter how much money you have or how successful you look, your soul will not rest — because you carry hell within you.
God’s Word says:“Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and then forgets.” (James 1:23–24)
But…
“Whoever does what it says will be blessed in what they do.” (James 1:25)
So I choose to listen and obey.
To feed, to clothe, to shelter, to visit, to care.
To bring heaven to earth.
